Amos began his fitness journey at the age of 15, starting with bodyweight exercises at home before transitioning to gym training a year later. Although naturally an introvert who enjoys reading and gaming, Amos has always been passionate about physical activity and continuous self-improvement.
With a strong interest in rehabilitation and movement, he has dedicated years to studying effective training methods that support recovery and performance. Amos takes pride in creating customized workout plans that suit each individual’s needs, goals, and abilities. His approach focuses on helping clients move better, grow stronger, and build lasting confidence both inside and outside the gym.
